Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath fully furnished (handicap accessible) house offers all the amenities of home, including satellite color TV, microwave, stove, oven and full-size refrigerator, charcoal BBQ grill, full-size washer and dryer, commercial ice machine, and so much more.

Nestled on 5 acres bordering the wildlife area on the Big Sandy arm of Kentucky Lake, this region is famous for its crappie and bass fishing. Six boat launching ramps within 5 miles of the property (one located at the end of the property for use during summer pool) make getting out on the water a breeze, while our fish cleaning station and deep fryer make cooking your day's catch convenient and hassle-free. Or, store your catch in the separate upright freezer.

Relax on one of our two screened-in porches complete with patio and picnic tables, or take a short walk down to the shores of Kentucky Lake at the end of the property.
